memories...good old memories...

these first rains have brought back so many old memories... this blog is dedicated to my best buddies... i miss u all a lot... only we knw the beauty of these moments...

• wading thro the waters on the road, splashing it on each other... unlike in b'lore, the rain water in m'lore is clean... i miss doing tat :(
• having coffee by the staircase, watching rains... and waving at each other from opposite buildings... waiting for heavy rains so tat the system admins wud ask us to shut off out systems for few mins!
• travelling in Ganesh bus with my friends, Airtel, Shower n Jeni (ha ha... these were some names we had for each other, and each name has a story behind it)... We wud entertain all other passengers in the bus with our incessant outbursts of laughter...
• the ZOOM of Ganesh bus... we loved its speed... and when the driver wud splash the water on the road, it jus delighted us...
• all the laughter in TT!!! and all the balancing act we had to do on those horrible excuse-of-roads...
• eating thothapuri mangoes... There was a thothapuri tree near our office and we girls were totally smitten by those raw, red mangoes... we wud go n watch the tree every evening n device plans to steal some of those tempting mangoes... we actually made one of our colleague ask the owner to let us hav 2 mangoes from tat tree :D And we ate those mangoes in bus! when travelling back home... the bliss we had when the mango touched touched our tongue, i can still relieve it...
• eating jambu nerale in the bus! Gosh! we were a bunch of cracks... there was a jambu nerale tree near office, and yeah! as expected we were smitten by those fruits too... but try as hard as we cud, we cudnt lay our hands on them! :(
• the way we wud rush to catch the bus... we were always late! we wud run like its Olympics coz we didnt wanna miss Ganesh! 4 of us wud sit in one row n comment on all our colleagues (esply the ones we despised) royally... imitate Zoyeb, wonder who Avian talks to every evening, and wondering if he was working second shift in a call center!
• of course i cant forget those Aunties who entered our bus in Suratkal!!! how we detested them sitting near us... with all their gaudy clothes n jasmine perfumes!
• our little antaksharis in bus... we never realised how tat one n half hour journey passed...
• having Sev Puri in Juice Junction at nite... and the soups in Hao Ming...
• and Shower rushing home for obvious reasons!!! ha ha... u r some girl!

Girls, i miss u so much! wish i cud live just one more day like before...
